At GIGA BYTE MALL, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth return process.
Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: The item must be in unused, undamaged, and resellable condition with all original packaging and labels attached.
- Exclusions: Certain products, including Health & Beauty, Personal Care Items, and Custom Orders, may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene or customization reasons. Please check the product description before purchasing.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at gigabayete@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to proceed.
- Ship the Item: After receiving your RA number, securely package the item and ship it to the return address provided. You are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Return Confirmation: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: Once your return is processed and approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, we will send you a replacement upon receiving the returned item. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at gigabayete@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide a return shipping label and arrange for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged:
